Blog Tour; Fashion Assassin by Sarah Sky
Hey Guys!
Today I am the tour stop for the Fashion Assassin (Jessica Cole: Model Spy #2) by Sarah Sky tour and I am here to give you ten reasons why you should read this series. Hope you enjoy!
Models, spies and lipstick gadgets in this fast-paced teen series. Supermodel Jessica Cole has no intention of ever spying again after she was nearly killed by an embittered ex-model and a rogue MI6 agent. That is until she’s blackmailed into posing undercover as bodyguard to a very rich fellow model. What seems like a simple job aboard a luxurious yacht in Monaco soon turns into a deadly mission to stop the most dangerous weapon in the world falling into the wrong hands. Jessica will need every gadget in her make-up bag if she wants to get out of this one alive.
Ten Reasons to Read Jessica Cole: Model Spy Series
It’s incredibly well written, therefore it’s easy to dive into and be ultimately sucked into a new and exciting world.
It’s fast-paced, action-packed, and is the kind of book that keeps so many things open that you simply have to continue reading to know what will happen next and how it will all conclude.
It contains a kick-ass heroine, who is also just a stubborn, head-strong teenager learning her way in the world. You know, like all of the other teenagers out there.
There are scenes that will keep your blood pumping as Jessica gets into all sorts of messes, and then there are scenes that will have your heart pumping and your pulse racing as all your emotions are pulled about.
It’s hard not to love the story because it is full of heart, incredible characters, and a killer plot.
If you like YA books, then you need to read this series because this is one YA that knows what it’s doing. It may not be a grand epic, but it is the perfect spy novel.
I am a girl who has no interest in fashion or models or anything to do with that world, but I love these books immensely. Therefore, you need not even be an enthusist to love these books.
Do you like books set abroad? These books will take you from London to Paris, from London to New York and then from New York to Monaco. And each place is described in such beautiful detail.
If you’re a fan of Stormbreaker, The Recruit (Cherub Series), Nancy Drew, Harriet the Spy, Geek Girl, or any other Teen Spy/Model stories, then you’ll definitely love these books!
And finally, because, really, you don’t want to miss out on all the action that Jessica Cole brings to the table. (And I certainly would love a Harriet Manners/Jessica Cole book one day)
