Weekly Highlights is a new feature here at A Daydreamer’s Thoughts and will be a post highlighting things that happened on and off the blog. It is inspired by The Story Sirens In My Mailbox, Books, Biscuit and Tea’s Showcase Sunday, Kimba Caffeinated’s Sunday Post, and the British Letterbox Love.
In the feature I won’t mention everything I received, nor every post I wrote during the week but will simply feature a selection of things I wish to spotlight a second time around.
It’s been a bad week blog-wise for me this week. I got really busy offline and just couldn’t find the time to write any posts. Fortunately next week is less busy but it is also Bout of Books so I may not post much because of that but we will see!
I also had the lovely Andrew Toy on the blog with a guest post about his book, The Man in the Box. You can see what he had to say here
I really enjoyed the LGBT read-a-thon I hosted last weekend! To read my wrap-up post of the read-a-thon, Click Here
There are two giveaways going on, on the blog at the moment!
One is being run as part of a blog tour and can be found here.
The other is being run by me and is the chance to win an LGBT book of choice. Find out more by clicking here.
Bout of Books
As mentioned above, I’ll be participating in Bout of Books 7.0 next week! I will be posting a goal post this evening and will be updating that throughout the week but if I participate in any mini-challenges I MAY create a new post for each, depending on how I feel so this is just a warning that my blog may be a little overrun next week!
Are you participating too? Let me know as I’d love to keep updated with how you’re going on and to chat with you throughout the week as well!
A slow week with books which I’m grateful for as I keep looking at my TBR pile and wanting to cry, so you know… good to cut back a little bit!
