Books I’m Looking Forward to in 2018!

As we’re getting closer and closer to a new year, I wanted to share with you all some books that I cannot wait to be released! Some I already have in my possession, some I will be borrowing from the library or buying straight but either way, I really hope that I get to read all of them before 2018 ends!

Bring Me Back by B. A. Paris; I seriously cannot wait for this book (I actually got approved for it yesterday, ahh!). I loved both of B. A. Paris’ first books and I am sure this book will be just as thrilling!
Save the Date by Morgan Matson; Morgan Matson is another of my favourite authors. I have not read all of her books but every time she releases a new one, I still get overly excited. This one looks really intriguing and I would very much like to read it.
How Do You Like Me Now by Holly Bourne; In my eyes, Holly Bourne can do no wrong. Every book of hers I read really speaks to me and I just love them all. Thus I am certain that this book, her venture into adult fiction, is one that I will also love.

Leah on the Offbeat by Becki Albertalli; I absolutely loved Simon Vs. It took me too long to get around to but I did love it. Thus I am excited to see what else this author writes but add in an overweight protagonist and I’m there!
Love, Hate and Other Filters by Samira Ahmed; I’ve already heard so many good things about this book and thus I am desperate to get around to reading it. It sounds diverse and wonderful, just what we need at the moment!
From Twinkle, With Love by Sandhya Menon; Honestly, When Dimple met Rishi was one of my top books of 2017 (keep an eye out for the full list!) and therefore I am very excited to see what Sandhya is going to come up with next. This book sounds fantastic!

Before I Let Go by Marieke Nijkamp; It’s been a while since I read Marieke’s first book but it still sits with me to this day. It was haunting and brilliant all at once. This book sounds like it might be similar so I’m definitely looking forward to seeing what happens.
Goodbye, Perfect by Sara Barnard; I absolutely love all of Sara’s books so far. I have yet to read one I disliked and I therefore cannot wait to finally get around to reading this one by her. I have already heard rumours that it may be her best one yet!
The Exact Opposite of Okay by Laura Steven; This book has already been raved about so much that I keep itching to read my copy but I’m trying to be good and wait. Needless to say I will probably be picking it up very soon to see what the fuss is all about! It sounds like the perfect book for me!

I Am Thunder by Muhammad Khan; I first heard about this book over twitter and got very excited about it as it sounded absolutely fantastic. I’ve been fortunate enough to be granted a review copy so I really hope to read this soon as it sounds fantastic.
My Heart Goes Bang by Keris Stainton; Keris is another one of my absolute favourite authors and has reached my auto-buy list. It doesn’t matter what she writes, I will definitely buy it. In all honesty though, I have yet to read a book by her that hasn’t blown me away.
Second Best Friend by Non Pratt; I absolutely loved Non Pratt’s first short dyslexia friendly book and thus hearing she has released another made me very excited. I am positive this book is going to be just as good and I hope to get my hands on it soon!

The Ark by Alice Oseman; There are not enough words to describe my love for Alice Oseman’s books. I really enjoyed her first book and then fell head over heels in love with Radio Silence. Thus, even without a cover or much or a description, this is one of those books that is already highly anticipated by me.
Vengeful by V. E. Schwab; Just as above, Victoria is another author whose books I absolutely love. I am sadly not up to date with all of her books but I have read and loved Vicious and I am very much looking forward to it’s sequel!!
More Than We Can Tell by Brigid Kemmerer; There is no one like Brigid Kemmerer. She is probably my ultimate favourite author at the moment. I have read every single book she has released – including this one – and she just manages to make me fall in love, every single time. This book was one I was so desperate for that I devoured it months before it was even due for release. I am now dying for other people to read this book and love it as much as I do!

What are you looking forward to next year?
