#Bloggiesta Wrap Up
Hey Guys!
As I’m sure you know by now, I participated in Bloggiesta this weekend! And boy am I glad that I did! I honestly didn’t know if I would complete my to-do list or not but I do not even mind that I didn’t because I learnt so many AMAZING things!
My favourite mini-challenge had to be Jacinda’s challenge on WLW! I have now written three posts using the programme and I am quite quickly falling in love with it! It’s so… easy to use… and posts straight to the blog and I can have templates and… and… okay, yeah… I’m in love!!
What did I do this weekend?
-
Created a Book Review and Giveaway Policy (Policies Page)
-
Sorted out all the tags on my posts
-
Updated my Book Review Page with all my recent reviews
-
Also updated my ‘about me’ and ‘contact me’ pages
-
Created a Book Tour page and started creating a Blog Roll Page
-
Created a Button
-
Sorted out my sidebars
-
Scheduled three upcoming posts
-
Signed up Pinterest to my blog (started pinning posts)
-
Added ‘Pin It’ to my posts
-
Created and placed Social Media buttons to my sidebars
-
Meet a few new bloggers
-
Semi-participated in a Bloggiesta chat!
-
Formed ten article ideas
-
Got some and gave some tips on Goodreads
-
Commented on a few (not as many as I would have liked) blogs
-
ENJOYED MYSELF.
All in all, I would say this was a very productive weekend! Wouldn’t you?
What I didn’t do and still need to:
-
Catch up on all my reviews
-
Bookmark all of my favourite blogs
-
Schedule some more posts (Reviews )
So, yes, this was one HELL of a great weekend and I enjoyed myself immensely! I feel that it was well organised, everyone was so friendly and it was just great to have some time to just work on the blog! I will probably be having a mini-bloggiesta alone sometime soon to get the last few things on my list done, so hopefully that will be just as productive!
I want to say thank you to Suey and Danielle for hosting the Bloggiesta this year! Looking forward to the next one in September! I am definitely glad I found out about this, great first time event!!

You did a great job Faye! I missed most of the mini challenges but I managed to move to WP, re-write my about me and review/giveaway policy page and schedule some posts for April :)

You are crazy productive, girl. I just have to say that. Congratulations on finishing everything you managed to get to, and I’m excited to read the articles you’ll be coming up with!
Let’s get through our reviews together, Faye. Again, great job! Can’t wait for the next Bloggiesta!

Hehe, thanks Kathe! You did an awful lot yourself! And I have to thaaaank you for telling me about it! I don’t think I ever would have done so much on my blog if it hadn’t been for Bloggiesta! And hehe, thanks, don’t know when I’ll have time to write them, but the ideas are there at least!
That sounds like a great plan to me! I have so many, I really just need to BASH THEM OUT. lol. XD
I can’t wait either! Wooo!

You did an awesome job with Bloggiesta. I’m going to have to revisit WLW. I got an error, but I know what’s up with that so it’s time to try again. Glad you had such a fun experience–I did, too!
Daydreaming_Star
Thanks Joy! Yeah, I’ve been playing around with it and I still get frustrated a few times but no where NEAR as often as I did using Blogger compose! So I am so happy! Hope you manage to get it working :)
Yay! I’m glad you had such a fun experience too!!
