Blogspiration #9
So, for the past few weeks my blogspirations have been pretty heavy going but since the sun is out today (or it was) and I’m therefore in a good, summery mood, I decided to do a less serious one, but inspiring nonetheless ;)
I love Alice in Wonderland and I love the Cheshire cat (could be why I love Grimalkin so much!) so this graphic, without the text would be pretty damn awesome but with the text, hell to the yes. The inter-textuality with the books because of Cheshire? I LOVE IT.
Anyone who tells me I’m crazy usually just gets a sarcastic comment for me, which is always fun, but really I love it. I love being my own person, doing what makes me happy. And if I’m happy waiting for my hogwarts acceptance letter, then so be it! :p (this is essentially for Sarah because I <3 her)
But honestly, this graphic is just amazing. Never let anyone stop you from doing what you want, just because someone else thinks it’s weird, doesn’t mean it necessarily is! their reality is just different from yours.
So, keep that head up straight and think of books as much as you want <3

Aha, it’s sad, but I can definitely relate to his. The other day, my friend asked if I was interested in anyone. I asked if he could be fictional.
Great post! Mine’s up:)

Hehehe! I love this. Both in the funny sense and the very REAL sense, because who the hell is anyone to tell us Hogwarts isn’t real? That’s like saying unicorns don’t poo rainbows.
Really though, we all DO have a different reality of the world. We each see life in different shades, so everyone should just suck up their prejudices and accept the beauty in DIFFERENCE. And not label it insanity :P World would be pretty damn boring if we all thought the same things.
You, my lovely, fuzzy, gorgeous British lover, are INSPIRING.

Aww, I so completely agree with you!! People call me weird all the time :P And I so don’t care :D Ok, but also true they call me weird in a funny good way :) And I love it :P Because let face it, you need to leave an inpression, right? :P :D Love your blogspiration this week ;)

Hi Faye!
I want to first thank you for becoming my 300th follower!
I really like Grim from iron fey! he’s so smart and cool! I absolutely love your graphic.
I will always remember being 11 and staring out outside everyday during the summer wishing an owl would fly down with a Hogwarts acceptance letter. I wish that could have happened.
I just listened to “The story of Us” Its a really nice song! Thanks for introducing me to it!
Have a great mother’s day!

This is perfect. :-)
Grim reminded me so much of the Cheshire Cat too. Have you ever read Jasper Fforde’s Thursday Next series? The Cheshire Cat’s in that, and I loved his character – only, because of shifted borders, he’s now technically called “Unitary Authority of Warrington Cat” (but if I recall, they just call him Chesh for short anyway).

You haven’t got your letter yet? I finished my seventh year a while ago.
I love this pic, the cheshire cat is the coolest thing out. Lewis Carroll… You were clearly our kind of man.

Oooooohhhh…I love this! While I’ve never seen Alice in Wonderland (hides before you hit me) I really love the text in the image! It’s spot on!!

*GLOMPS* What if I tell you I love you BECAUSE you’re crazy? And then we camp out and wait for our acceptance letters together? Hmmmmm? hehehe! *huggles*
I LOVE THIS POST. I LOVE the Cheshire Cat, not least because he’s voiced by Stephen Fry, who I ADORE (spot the Harry Potter connections ^__^) and… I LOVE YOU!
