Bout of Books #6.0 Goals & Updates!

Bout of Books Read-a-Thon

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 7th and runs through Sunday, January 13th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 6.0 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. -From the Bout of Books 6.0 team.

Time Devoted to Reading
I hope to read at least two hours every day – if not longer on most days!

My Goals

  • Try to read at least four books
  • Spend 30minutes commenting on blogs
  • Meet some new blogger friends and find blogs to follow!
  • Enjoy myself

Books to Read
This is just a selection to choose from, most likely I won’t read them all but I change my mind so much that it’s always good for me to have a choice!

wrap-up

Overall, I didn’t manage many of my goals :-( I got busy with family things, friend things, work things, etc. But I was glad that I only had 25% before reaching my reading goal! But I missed all the chats, and visited very few blogs and I met no new bloggers! But, I did still enjoy it and can’t wait for the next one!
Hope you all liked my mini-challenge as well!

Faye
