Weekly Highlights: The “I’m Back” Edition
Weekly Highlights is a new feature here at A Daydreamer’s Thoughts and will be a post highlighting things that happened on and off the blog. It is inspired by The Story Sirens In My Mailbox, Books, Biscuit and Tea’s Showcase Sunday, Kimba Caffeinated’s Sunday Post, and the British Letterbox Love.
In the feature I won’t mention everything I received, nor every post I wrote during the week but will simply feature a selection of things I wish to spotlight a second time around.
Weekly Highlights
This week I wrote TWO reviews:
Murder Most Unladylike by Robin Stevens (FOUR HEARTS)
The Geography of You and Me by Jennifer E. Smith (THREE HEARTS)
I also admitted some Bookish Truths and Confessions. Read about them all here.
Finally I did a wrap up of my reading in August! Find out what books I read and what I thought about them all by clicking here.

Letterbox Love
Some of these books are from a few weeks ago but I wanted to showcase them all the same!
Lies Like Love by Louisa Reid; I have already read and LOVED this book but this week the AMAZING Louisa Reid sent me a signed copy of the book. I am TREASURING it now. It is super sweet!
Dear Daughter by Elizabeth Little; I saw this one arrive in the library and despite knowing nothing about it, I took it out because it sounded so interesting!
Aristotle and Dante Discocver the Secrets of the World by Benjamin Alire Saenz; This is a book I’ve had my eye on for a while so when it fell into my hands at work, I couldn’t stop myself from taking it out!
Unspeakable by Abbie Rushton; I’ve had this book on my radar for AGES so to finally find it on Netgalley is amazing! Cannot wait to see what this book is all about!
Adorned by Georgeann Swiger; This one sounds really interesting so I’m very much looking forward to seeing where it takes me! Got this copy from the author – thanks Georgeann!
Siege and Storm and Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo; I finally got around to reading Shadow and Bone and I loved it! Then I met Leigh Bardugo so I couldn’t not buy the next two in the trilogy, could I? And they’re signed! Yay!
Currently Reading
I read a few books at a time so I have decided that I want to showcase them a little on the blog and so from now on I thought I would tell you all what I’m currently reading (on Saturday/Sunday!)
This week I am currently reading;
And there you have it, my Weekly Highlights!
