Top Ten Tuesday; Summer TBR Reads

top ten tuesday2

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme created by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week a new topic is given and this weeks topic is Summer TBR Reads

So I’ve decided that instead of just listing the next ten books I hope to read, I’m going to list ten books that I really want to read this summer. BUT I’ve also decided not to include books that come out after summer, even if I already own them. I’ve done this because I wanted to highlight some books that may not ordinarily get space on the blog because they’re not as big as say, Heir of Fire and Talon.
I also chose a mix of actual summer/beach reads and just other books that I’m just really excited to finally dive into!

In no particular order;

Open Road Summer Let's Get Lost Dream Boy

Open Road Summer by Emery Lord; Had this one on my wishlist for a LONG time and now I finally have a copy, I cannot wait to just get around to reading it!

Let’s Get Lost by Adi Alsaid; A book I heard about at BEA and just instantly wanted to read. It sounds like such a great read!

Dream Boy by Mary Crockett and Madelyn Rosenberg; Another I saw at BEA and instantly wanted to read so I’m super excited to get around to starting this.

Delete murder most unladylike The Rain second chance summer

Delete by Kim Curran; IT IS THE FINAL BOOK IN THE TRILOGY. THE FINAL BOOK. I want to read this book so bad because I NEED to KNOW. But also, I don’t want to read because then it will be OVER.

Murder Most Unladylike by Robin Stevens; Heard about this from my friends and after they all raved about it, decided I really want to see what it’s all about! Plus, Robin is lovely!

The Rain by Virginia Bergin; This one sounds super thrilling and exciting and just one that I think I’ll really enjoy so I’m looking forward to reading.

Second Chance Summer by Morgan Matson; After finishing Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour, I became a hardcore Morgan Matson fan and I cannot wait to catch up on all of her books by reading this one!

broken hearts, fences and other things Maybe One Day Memoirs of Neurotic Zombie

Broken Hearts, Fences, and Other Things to Mend by Katie Finn; One of my New York purchases! Cannot wait to read this and see if it’s as good as it sounds!

Maybe One Day by Melissa Kantor; This book just seems like the epitome of everything I love in a book and so I am really looking forward to seeing if it is right for me.

Memoirs of a Neurotic Zombie by Jeff Norton; This one just sounds so funny and as I was already in stitches after the first chapter, cannot wait to find out if it continues that way throughout the book!

I obviously have a large pile of other books I really want to read in the next few months but these are all high on the list!
What books are on your summer TBR?
And which of the books above would you recommend I start with?
