In My Mailbox #17
5 March, 2012
In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren. Let us know what books you’ve bought, borrowed or recieved! :)
I’ve had quite a good two weeks. My holiday was awesome and I came to the conclusion that there are a pile of brilliant people in this world. Oh, and the library is amazing! :D
Oh, and did I mention… week four and five of my book-buying ban went passed without any complications? I had a per-ordered book arrive but that doesn’t count because it was ordered before the ban!
Oh, and did I mention… week four and five of my book-buying ban went passed without any complications? I had a per-ordered book arrive but that doesn’t count because it was ordered before the ban!
So, here’s what I got this week;
“bought”
I am so totally excited to start reading this! I know there’s a lot of different opinions on it but I think it sounds amazing and have been waiting since January for this book to arrive and now I really want to just start reading it NOW. Hehe.
loan
Infinity I got as I recieved the second book in this series, Invincible, from Little Brown Books three weeks ago but I hadn’t read this one, so I got it out the library to read. So far I am actually really enjoying it and can’t wait to read more!
I have been waiting for this book for ages! I put it on request at the library as soon as I finished Iron King and then finally it was free! I am so looking forward to getting it read! And, I found out that Iron Queen is ready to collect to! Yaaay!
gifted
Okay, so, I have the most amazing friends, ever! Jen over at At Random gifted me with Obsidian because she was in a book fairy mood, had just finished it and loved it and I was envious of her! I was very happy when it arrived and very grateful to her for the gift!
Saving June was given to me by Sarah over at Saz101 and I couldn’t be happier! I knew she was sending me a book but I didn’t know it’d be this one! I LOVED her review for it, like, it was one of my favourite reviews and it truly got me inspired to read the book… and now I can!
THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH <3
for review
There is not a book up there that I am not extremely looking forward to reading! I want to thank all of the authors and publishers who sent me the books to review! I will be getting to them all as soon as possible! :D
so that was what I got in the last two weeks,
what did you get? (:

Faye, it’s great to see you back! I don’t know if Blogspot has any stats to show you about those who visit your site, but I practically stalked it while you were gone. You know I love you! ;) Of course I’m happy you had a great time, but I want more posts! (Selfish Käthe is selfish. You know me.)
You got a ton of great books this week, I’m amazed. I checked out the reviews of The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer and now I want to know what you think of it. I trust your judgment! Your getting Infinity and The Iron Daughter make me want to buy them, too; I just marked them as part of my to-read list on Goodreads because of you. Of course I have to get The Iron King or something first, but still. You make me so excited to read things! :)
Also, it’s awesome that you have friends who like giving books! Jen and Sarah are amazing. Enjoy them, and the many other books that have been sent to you for review. Good luck, girl! Talk to you really, really soon! ♥
The Sagacity Quest
